Home Care Rostering Coordinator
Central Coast NSW | Full-Time | 8:30am / 8:45am Start Required
Pearl Home Care is seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Home Care Rostering Coordinator to join our growing team supporting elderly clients across the Central Coast.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, communicating with people, and helping ensure our clients continue receiving reliable support services each day.
Working closely with our Care Managers, your primary focus will be coordinating day-to-day roster changes, arranging replacement support workers when required, and managing incoming calls from clients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily roster changes and support worker replacements
- Responding to same-day staff absences and service adjustments
- Liaising with support workers regarding availability and shift changes
- Answering incoming office calls from clients, families, and staff
- Communicating service updates and changes with clients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Maintaining accurate roster and client information within internal systems
- Providing general administrative support as required
About You
- Previous rostering, scheduling, administration, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Calm and professional phone manner
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment
- Good computer and organisational skills
- Experience in aged care, home care, disability, or community services is highly regarded

Please note:
This role requires a reliable start time of 8:30am or no later than 8:45am Monday to Friday.
Pay: $62,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
