About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to deliver professional and confidential administrative support within Clinical Operations, Community and Oral Health. You will provide frontline customer service, manage patient information and systems, and work flexibly across multiple sites while supporting multidisciplinary teams and ensuring efficient service delivery.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide professional and high level administrative and frontline support to all patients, visitors and employees of Metro North, demonstrating understanding, empathy and patience, while ensuring confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and discretion whilst being accountable for the quality of work undertaken
Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly and confidently with patients, members of the public and facility staff, face-to-face and via telephony services, asking questions, responding to enquires and providing accurate information
Ensure the client confidentiality is always maintained in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
Confidently execute required work through the utilisation of information systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS), Enterprise System Management (ESM), Interpreter Services, Smart Referrals, integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR), Message Media, S4HANA and RiskMan.
