About the role
Joining the team at Lismore means you will be a key part of the customer experience within our new vehicles, building real relationships in a community you know.
Day to day, your role will include:
- Meeting and qualifying customers to understand their needs and match them to the right vehicle across the new and used range
- Managing your own prospect pipeline and following up leads to keep opportunities moving
- Presenting and demonstrating vehicles in a way that builds confidence and trust
- Working through the full sales process from quote to finance introduction to delivery
- Collaborating with the service and finance teams to deliver a smooth ownership experience
- Achieving monthly targets that reward your effort directly through a competitive commission structure
About You
You are someone who connects easily with people, listens well, and knows how to guide a conversation across a broad range of vehicles and budgets without pressure.
More about you:
- Previous experience in automotive or high-value retail sales is highly regarded
- A current and valid driver's licence is essential for this role
- Strong organisational habits that keep your follow-up consistent and your pipeline tidy
- Comfortable working across both new and used stock, adapting your approach to each customer's situation
- A genuine interest in vehicles that comes through naturally when you talk to customers
- Experience using a dealership management system is an advantage, though not required
