The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. As a key support function within the team, you will help maintain a professional office environment while delivering high-quality administrative and reception services. The typical working hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception coverage, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the Brisbane office to ensure a well-functioning and organised workplace.
- Support office events and assist with catering arrangements when required.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and administrative systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage records, safe custody, and archiving of documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with the coordination and distribution of office mail and couriers.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the wider team.
