About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred support across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community access clients in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation, while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver high-quality support within a SIL environment & community
- Assist with personal care, transfers, manual handling, continence support and catheter care
- Support participants with daily living tasks and community participation where required
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Respond professionally to changing support needs and situations
- Promote participant choice, independence and individual goals at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills
- Be comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
- Be available to work a combination of day, evening and overnight passive shifts
