We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, admin work, and hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Data entry and maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Following up customer quotes and orders
- Providing after-sales service and customer care
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the team with general administrative and operational tasks
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident with data entry and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Previous customer service or admin experience preferred (but not essential)
