The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and driven Group Planning & Performance Analyst to join our high-performing Group Planning & Performance team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Fixed-Term Contract until October 2027
This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across our Group and Market Business Units. You'll partner with Finance and operational stakeholders to provide meaningful insights, improve reporting capability and drive accountability for business performance.

What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver insightful reporting, dashboards and analytics using Tableau and other business intelligence tools
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to identify reporting requirements and uncover opportunities for business improvement
- Prepare management reporting packs for month-end, forecasting, S&OP and budgeting cycles
- Analyse key cost and revenue drivers, providing meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
- Support end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, including stakeholder engagement and forecast consolidation
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, dashboards and performance management processes
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, business analysis or a similar role
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is desirable
- FMCG experience and exposure to Tableau dashboards and SAP BW will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capability
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
