Triple M Medical Cowra Pty Ltd is an independently owned Australian general practice providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to the local community. The practice delivers patient-centred care across all age groups, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive health, mental health care, women's and men's health, children's health, aged care and minor procedures.
We are seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our growing practice.
Essential Requirements
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM), or an equivalent overseas postgraduate qualification in General Practice/Family Medicine.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a General Practitioner or Family Physician.
- Eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or ability to obtain appropriate registration.
- Strong commitment to comprehensive, patient-centred primary care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
- Experience working in regional, rural or community-based primary care settings.
- Interest in chronic disease management, preventative health, women's health, men's health, paediatrics, aged care, or mental health.
The successful applicant will report to the Practice Principal and will be responsible for providing comprehensive general practice services, including:
- Assessment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Preventive healthcare and health assessments
- Chronic disease management and care planning
- Women's health, men's health and children's health services
- Mental health assessment and management
- Immunisations and preventive medicine
- Minor procedures within the scope of general practice
- Coordination of patient care with specialists, hospitals and allied health providers
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and complying with professional and regulatory standards
The position is full-time, with ordinary hours of work totalling 38 hours per week.
