4Pines Wholesale is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, reliability and optimisation of brewery production and automation equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting a range of industrial, mechanical, electrical and automation systems, minimising equipment downtime and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the brewery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Fiix CMMS utilisation, maintenance planning and equipment performance optimisation.
- Support OFS software utilisation, maintenance activities and OEE optimisation.
- Undertake maintenance and troubleshooting of GEA WIP oil filter automation systems.
- Perform servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of KHS REG filter control systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot wastewater treatment (WWTP) and solids separation equipment.
- Undertake servicing and fault-finding of packaging machinery and motion control drives.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of palletiser robot sensors and associated control systems.
- Support and implement automation initiatives across the brewery.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and minimise production downtime.
- Diagnose equipment faults and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update relevant information within the CMMS.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for reliability and process improvements.
- Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant maintenance procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, automation or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial production equipment.
- Experience with automation, control systems, sensors, drives and associated electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Experience with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance programs.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing, food and beverage, brewery or similar industrial environment would be highly regarded.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
