About the Role
We are seeking caring, honest and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. You will work directly with participants to provide daily living assistance, community access, and meaningful connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in line with participants’ NDIS goals.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and household routines.
- Transport participants to appointments, social activities, and community outings.
- Encourage independence, skill-building, and social participation.
- Follow behaviour support plans and risk management strategies when required.
- Maintain accurate progress notes, incident reports, and documentation.
- Promote dignity, choice, safety, privacy, and respect for all participants.
- Work collaboratively with families, stakeholders, and the Two Sisters team.

Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid & CPR
- Australian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Proof of working rights in Australia
- Experience in disability, aged care or community services (preferred but not essential)
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Aged Care or similar
- Experience with mental health, or complex needs
- Experience with documentation and incident reporting
