About the Role
This is the entry rung on our site crews. Your job is to keep the site moving - safe, clean, stocked and set up - so the trades never wait. No tickets or trade experience needed. Just a White Card, reliability, and a good attitude. We fund your first tickets for keepers.
Key Responsibilities
- Site setup and pack-down
- Materials handling and loading
- Controlled demolition under direction
- Housekeeping, waste and dust control
- Setting up exclusion zones, barriers and signage under direction
- Mixing sand/cement, screeds and mortars to instruction
- Using basic hand tools and looking after PPE
- Following SWMS/JSA and site rules
Requirements
- Right to work in Australia
- White Card (mandatory)
- Reliable and punctual - on site by 6:45am
- Able to pass site inductions and D&A testing
- No tickets or trade experience required - this is where you start
What's On Offer
- $37.50/hr all-up casual, paid weekly
