WHO WE ARE
Emu Gully Adventure Education Group exists to ‘Shape Great Australians’.
We believe in the power of the outdoors. Through shared experience, challenge, and responsibility, we inspire participants to discover what they’re truly capable of. We operate a 280-acre site at Helidon Spa and a growing 65-acre site at Tamborine — and we’re currently looking for a passionate, grounded person to help us deliver experiences that leave a mark at our Helidon site.
THE ROLE
As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll be a hands-on member of the Emu Gully team, helping keep our site clean, safe, and operating at its best. You’ll work across groundskeeping, building maintenance, activity support, and general facilities, taking pride in knowing that the condition of our site is part of the experience every participant has.
We’re after someone with good all-round practical experience who enjoys variety and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Mechanical aptitude or experience is a real advantage, but it’s not essential. If there are areas you’re less experienced in, that’s okay. We’ll provide training and support to help you build your skills. What matters most is that you bring a great attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and have a go.
