As Director Podiatry and Exercise Physiology, you'll play a critical role in strengthening how care is delivered across a regional network. From setting strategic direction to guiding teams and services, you'll help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, and connected care across communities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant tertiary qualification with current professional registration or accreditation
Proven experience leading large or multi-site health services or teams
Strong strategic, operational and clinical leadership capability
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate widely
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in health management or a clinical specialty, and experience working in complex or regional healthcare environments.
Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine passion for improving care, supporting teams, and making a meaningful difference for communities every day, guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
