Passive Fire Supervisor and 2-3 Passive Fire technicians

We are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor and also technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage passive fire projects from start to finish, supervise installers, and ensure all works are completed to Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage passive fire installation and rectification works on site.
* Read and interpret architectural, fire, and services drawings.
* Identify defects and determine the correct passive fire systems for rectification.
* Ensure all installations comply with AS 1530.4, AS 4072.1, NCC, and manufacturer-tested systems.
* Coordinate daily site activities and manage installers.
* Liaise with builders, project managers, certifiers, and other trades.
* Complete site documentation, quality inspections, and progress reports.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in passive fire protection.
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
* Promat
* TBA Firefly
* Trafalgar
* Extensive experience with:
* Fire-rated sealants and mastics
* Fire collars
* Fire wraps
* Fire boards
* Fire pillows
* Fire batts
* Cable, pipe, conduit, and duct penetrations
* Linear joints and movement joints
* Ability to read fire reports, plans, and penetration schedules.
* Ability to solve site issues and determine compliant fire-stopping systems.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* White Card.
* Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
* Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable
* FPAS or other passive fire qualifications.
* Experience working on commercial, hospital, data centre, and high-rise projects.
* Experience using digital reporting systems.
