Loulou, our French all-day Bistro, Boulangerie and Traiteur, with locations in Sydney's CBD (opened mid-July) and our established home in Milsons Point. We are all about the very best breads, croissants and other viennoiserie, charcuterie and fromage - creating a true taste of France in Sydney.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head Chefs of Loulou Concepts, you will work within a section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to specification, hygiene and safety protocols are upheld, and service is consistently delivered to the highest standard.
This is a
Full-Time opportunity for a qualified
Chef de Partie with a passion for world-class hospitality. Working as part of a small but mighty kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering a premium product while expanding your skills through cross-training across all areas of the kitchen and helping to set and maintain standards.
The Skills You Bring
- Experience working within a commercial kitchen
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years' experience in a la carte, fine dining or Hatted environments
- Reliable, dependable and able to stand the pace of a high-performing kitchen
- Commitment to personal and professional development
