CAR PARK ATTENDANT / PARKING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
Commercial Building | Part-Time Position
We are seeking a reliable, professional and confident Car Park Attendant / Parking Enforcement Officer to monitor and manage our commercial building’s car park.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the car park is used appropriately, maintaining compliance with building parking rules and addressing unauthorised or improper parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly patrol and monitor the commercial car park level
- Identify and record parking breaches and unauthorised vehicles
- Monitor vehicles for compliance with allocated parking arrangements
- Issue breach notices in accordance with the building’s Car Park Management System
- Ensure loading bays, driveways, ramps, access areas and designated spaces remain clear
- Monitor visitor and patient parking time limits
- Photograph and document breaches where required
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles and parking infringements
- Report persistent or serious breaches to building management
- Help maintain a safe, orderly and well-managed car park environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident approaching people and addressing parking issues
- Professional, polite and firm when enforcing rules
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to remain calm when dealing with difficult or confrontational situations
- Well presented and professional in appearance
- Detail-oriented with good written and communication skills
- Comfortable using a mobile phone to photograph and record breaches
Previous experience in parking enforcement, security, building management, facilities management or a similar role will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
This is an important role within our building, and the successful applicant will be expected to take a proactive approach to monitoring and enforcing the car park rules.

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
