We Are Hiring – Trade Trainers & Assessors (CPC30220, CPC31020, CPC30620, CPC33020, CPC31320) Location: Multiple Locations (Austra College operates across 4 states)
We are seeking qualified and motivated Trainers and Assessors to step off the tools and deliver high-quality training. You only need expertise in ONE or MULTIPLE of the following qualifications:
- CPC30220 – Certificate III in Carpentry
- CPC31020 – Certificate III in Solid Plastering
- CPC30620 – Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
- CPC33020 – Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
- CPC31320 – Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and assessment for your specific trade in both classroom and workshop settings
- Own student progress, providing feedback, intervention, and support through to competency
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training and assessment records
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
- Contribute to ongoing curriculum development and resource reviews
Essential Requirements
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Relevant trade qualification (Cert III in Carpentry, Solid Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Bricklaying, or Wall and Floor Tiling)
- Recent, current industry experience in your trade
- Desirable: Prior RTO training/assessment experience and familiarity with the Standards for RTOs
