As the Personal Assistant, you will become a key support to 2 Executives within the Chief Operating Office Personal Banking (COO PB) Leadership Team, dedicated to providing swift support and a seamless experience for both our stakeholders and customers.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Manage complex calendars and room bookings to ensure Executives’ time is structured according to their priorities and that they are prepared for internal and external meetings, conferences, and functions. This includes managing domestic travel arrangements.
- Ensure all administrative matters are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executive.
- Support onboarding / offboarding of executive’s direct report employees including creating roles in SAP, SAP movements, ordering provisioning (laptops, logins, security passes).
- Liaise with Property and Tech relating to technical issues.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, functions and event management as required, including the expenses related.
- Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and assist in preparing monthly reports and reconciliation.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all aspects of your work ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal policies and procedures.
- Any other adhoc work and duties assigned

- Strong background as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator supporting at a Senior Executive Level.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, at times in a complex environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internal and external with a high level of professionalism, discretion and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams etc.
- A passion for driving culture and teamwork in a high performing business, by being collaborative, proactive and forward thinking.
