Reporting to the Senior Medical Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in managing a dedicated territory and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and the broader medical community. You will help ensure proRAD’s values and services are consistently and effectively represented.
This is a dynamic, people-focused role suited to someone with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for healthcare and building relationships. It offers the opportunity to contribute to proRAD’s continued growth while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Referrer Engagement
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with GPs, specialists, practice managers, and allied health professionals
- Represent proRAD in a professional and positive manner within the widespread medical community
- Promote awareness of proRAD services, ensuring referrers understand key benefits and service offerings
- Coordinate and support practice visits, lunch meetings, and events
- Respond to referrer enquiries or concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate
Marketing & Communication
- Support marketing initiatives, including content creation for social media, website, and promotional materials
- Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, and internal and external engagement activities
- Support brand‑building initiatives aligned with proRAD's growth strategy
IT & Digital Referrer Support
- Support referrers with access to online images and digital systems
- Assist with registration, troubleshooting, and basic training on referrer portals
Team Collaboration & Professional Conduct
- Work collaboratively with the Senior MLO, clinical, and administrative teams
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards at all times
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
What we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual who demonstrates:
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Valid driving license
- Demonstrated work experience in a customer service role (healthcare, radiology, or pathology highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confidence in verbal and written communication, along with a professional presentation style
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- A background in sales or relationship-building will be highly regarded
