We're looking for proactive, reliable, and hands-on Ground Operations Assistants to join our team in Jervis Bay.

As the local representative of MadeComfy, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and supporting homeowners, guests, cleaners, and tradespeople.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays.
- Complete detailed inspection reports using our mobile app.
- Deliver and collect keys and install or maintain lockboxes.
- Assist guests with check-ins, access issues and lockouts.
- Provide property access to cleaners, tradespeople, photographers and contractors.
- Purchase and deliver supplies, amenities and replacement items.
- Carry out inventory checks and report missing or damaged items.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance where appropriate.
- Attend urgent call-outs and resolve on-ground operational issues.
- Meet property owners for inspections, onboarding or ad-hoc support.
- Attend property styling and photography appointments when required.
- Upload photos, reports and job updates through MadeComfy systems.
- Maintain professional communication with guests, homeowners and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable vehicle suitable for frequent local travel.
- Smartphone with camera and internet access.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go.
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting supplies or walking through properties.
- Previous experience in property management, facilities, hospitality, maintenance, handyman services or customer service is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
