About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and secure new cleaning contracts across Melbourne.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up new leads through networking, cold calls, and site visits
- Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals
- Negotiate and close new contracts with businesses and property managers
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth job delivery
- Support marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
- Good organizational and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM or Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and full Australian work rights
