Your work matters at Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR), NSW Health
Be part of one of the biggest digital transformations in Australia’s public health history. The SDPR program is reshaping the way care is delivered across NSW - bringing patient information together into one safe, secure, connected system.
If you want your work to have real impact at scale, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare in NSW.
Join the Team
We are actively hiring multiple roles across our Anaesthesia and Perfusion and OpTime and Endoscopy Team.
As a Digital Health Analyst within the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will help shape the future of healthcare delivery by supporting the design, configuration and implementation of digital health solutions across NSW Health. You'll translate clinical and business requirements into practical digital solutions, contributing to system design, testing, optimisation and implementation of a large-scale digital transformation that is improving patient care across NSW.
The Anaesthesia and Perfusion Team partners with anaesthetists, perfusionists, nurses and clinical stakeholders to design and implement digital solutions that support anaesthetic and perfusion care throughout the surgical journey. The team focuses on standardising and enhancing clinical workflows, ensuring clinicians have the tools and information they need to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with anaesthesia, perfusion, perioperative or digital health experience to help drive meaningful change at a statewide level.
The OpTime and Endoscopy Team leads the design and delivery of digital solutions that support perioperative and endoscopy services across NSW Health. Working closely with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders, the team helps transform surgical and procedural workflows through innovative digital systems that improve efficiency, patient safety and care outcomes. This role is ideal for professionals with OpTime, perioperative, endoscopy or digital health experience who are passionate about modernising healthcare and delivering lasting impact for patients and clinicians.
In this role, you will:
-
Apply your clinical and operational knowledge to support the design, configuration and implementation of digital solutions across Ancillary and Specialty services.
-
Partner with Program and Project Leads, clinicians and operational stakeholders to define future-state workflows, business requirements and models of care.
-
Contribute to solution design activities and maintain high-quality documentation that supports decision-making, configuration and implementation outcomes.
-
Support testing, issue resolution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure solutions meet clinical, operational and compliance requirements.
-
Provide expert insight into frontline healthcare settings to help translate customer needs into practical, safe and fit-for-purpose digital health solutions.
