We're looking for a Provisioning Manager who combines commercial acumen, analytical thinking and strong relationship-building skills. In this role, you'll partner with suppliers and stakeholders to drive performance, deliver value and continuously improve how we operate. Your day to day
Oversee supplier performance and governance, ensuring field services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed standards and service levels.
Turn data into action by providing performance insights, managing reporting, and driving accountability for operational and commercial outcomes.
Take ownership of contract financial management, including forecasting, budget control, vendor claims, and expenditure governance.
Partner with stakeholders across Networks, Operations, IT, Finance, and vendor teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver lasting business value.
What makes you right for the role?
Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, along with experience managing outsourced services and supplier performance.
Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills, including budget management, forecasting, reporting, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of network operations, service delivery models, and the key drivers involved in building and operating telecommunications networks.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead discussions with senior leaders and suppliers, and drive outcomes through collaboration and sound decision-making.
