About the role
Feeling Smooth is looking for an experienced Beauty/Skin Therapist to join our team at our Port Melbourne salon. To work with premium skincare brands and advanced technology in a supportive, professional salon and deliver exceptional results to our valued clients.
Minimum 1 year of salon experience is required.
Full time preferred, though part time available for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
- Performing a range of beauty and skin treatments, including facials, peels, Hydrafacials, body and face waxing and IPL hair removal.
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable treatments
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and safety standards throughout all treatments
- Contribute to a positive team environment and provide excellent customer service
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Skin or Dermal therapy.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and working in a salon.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality beauty and skin treatments
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- KPI driven therapist, proven to deliver results in salon
- Strong waxing therapist
- Skin knowledge therapist
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
