Level 1 Constructions is a privately-owned Australian business that specialises in civil construction works across New South Wales.
The Role:
As our Painter you will apply coats of paint to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and structures throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
- Interior and Exterior Contemporary & Modern painting and specialty finishes to achieve best quality results
- Apply paint to surfaces and structures and protect surrounding areas
- Make assessments on paint colour, mix and match pigments using multiple techniques and tools
- Remove previous paint using a number of methods to prepare surfaces for decorative finishes
- Use differ tools and brushes to apply paints with attention to details
- Support other team members to ensure completion of projects on time and according to specifications
- Work on Residential and commercial work projects
- Understand and comply with industry safety and environmental policies and procedure.
Skills & Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and power tools;
- Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork abilities;
- Able to work efficiently with and without supervision;
- Well versed in maintenance, cleaning and debris removal tasks.
