We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Indian Cook / Kitchenhand to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing authentic Indian dishes.
- Help with food preparation, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required.
- Assist the chef during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
- Support with receiving and storing stock.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Indian kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
