Position Title: Cleaning Services Agent – Level 1
Award: Cleaning Services Award 2020
Employment Type: Casual (with regular shifts)
Pay Rate: $33.85/hr (inclusive of penalty rates)
Shifts Available: 4 hr & 6 hr shifts Monday to Friday with School Hour scheduling accommodations.

Neurokin Natural Cleaning is a premium, eco-friendly residential cleaning service based in Katoomba with satellite branches in Springwood and Lithgow. We proudly specialise in neuro-inclusive, all-natural cleaning services throughout the beautiful Blue Mountains.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, conscientious, and dedicated individual to join our upper mountains team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning for the same regular clients on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly schedule. You’ll generally work as part of a two-person team, however, on occasion, you may be asked to work independently at a limited number of properties, such as when covering unexpected staff absences.

- Available between 9:15am and 2:15pm/3:15pm on some or all days.
Perfect for Parents! We can accommodate school drop offs with staggered start times from 9:15am up until 10:00am. Let us know your availability at the interview!
Experience is a bonus—but not essential. Full training and all equipment will be provided.
Your reliability is critical. Our clients count on us—and in turn, we count on our team members to honour their rostered shifts, show up on time, and treat every home and every client’s time with respect.
Requirements:
- NSW Driver’s Licence and your own reliable vehicle that is able to transport cleaning gear. (Travel allowance is paid at $0.99/km in line with the award to cover fuel and vehicle use).
- Legal working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain at employer's expense)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain at employer's expense)
We will be conducting face to face interviews on Thursdays each week in KATOOMBA starting from 10th September 2026.
