We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Gloria Jean’s Carnes Hill! In this role, you’ll be involved in all areas of café operations, including preparing coffee and food, serving customers and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders with a positive, friendly attitude;
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages to brand standards;
- Assist with basic food preparation and handling;
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately;
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces;
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times;
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a great store vibe.
About You:
- Previous café or hospitality experience is required;
- A quick learner with strong multitasking skills;
- Great communication and teamwork abilities;
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings and public holidays. Availability from Tuesday to Thursday is a must;
- Barista experience is preferred.

Pay: $16.04 – $32.06 per hour
