We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Senior NDIS Occupational Therapist to join our
Brisbane team. This
community-based role allows you to work directly with participants in their homes and local environments, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

clinic-based or
QLD Health role and are looking for a rewarding change, we’ll support you every step of the way with tailored mentoring and training to build your skills in the
NDIS and community therapy space.

As a
Senior Occupational Therapist, you’ll:
- Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring therapy programs to individual needs and goals.
- Conduct clinical assessments of participants’ functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities.
- Provide practical recommendations, including assistive technology and environmental adaptations, to enhance participants' independence.
- Mentor and guide junior clinicians, providing professional support and sharing your expertise.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Take on leadership opportunities, including delivering internal presentations and contributing to the growth of our team.
We’re looking for an
Occupational Therapist with:
- AHPRA registration and 2+ years of experience delivering NDIS therapy services.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- A passion for making a difference, with a focus on honesty, integrity, and positive outcomes.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided).
