Child Care Australia United Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated 2IC (Second in Charge) to join our Before and After school care team within the Sutherland Shire.
This role would suit someone with OSHC experience who is ready to step up, develop their leadership skills and work towards future Coordinator opportunities.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous OSHC experience
- Is confident working with school-aged children
- Is reliable, organised and takes initiative
- Enjoys supporting and guiding other educators
- Is interested in progressing into a leadership role
- Has a strong commitment to child safety and safeguarding
- Is committed to creating an environment where children feel safe, respected, heard and supported
Essential requirements
Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain where applicable:
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Child Protection training
- Child Safety training relevant to working in an education and care service
