We provide premium early childhood education for children aged 0 to 6 years based on the Montessori pedagogy. We are seeking an analytical and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our support office team. This is a dedicated back-of-house, strategic planning role focused on market research, brand positioning, and channel performance analysis to support our centers' overall growth.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist operates behind the scenes, utilizing data-driven insights to identify market opportunities, advise management on pricing and promotional structures, and evaluate the performance of marketing channels. This role is focused on market research, marketing strategy development, promotional planning, campaign analysis and business growth initiatives; it does not involve direct client-facing duties, parent tours, or sales enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research and analyze local demographic data, birth rates, competitor pricing models and market characteristics to identify high-potential areas for expansion and enrolment growth.
2. Monitor and report on childcare industry trends, competitor service offerings, and government subsidy policies to support business positioning
3. Formulate comprehensive promotional and advertising plans for various communication channels (such as digital, local media, and print).
4. Design targeted lead-generation and marketing initiatives to optimize the flow of enquiries to center-level operations and strengthen brand awareness within target markets.
5. Provide data-backed recommendations to executive management regarding fee structures, sibling discount policies, and promotional packages.
6. Evaluate the market demand for specific programs and advise on service mix optimization and appropriate marketing channels.
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across digital platforms and organic channels.
8. Track and analyze marketing expenditure, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign conversion rates, preparing regular analytical reports to optimize marketing budgets.
9. Coordinate with creative agencies and copywriters to ensure all brand communications and educational content align with the philosophy.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Accounting, or any related field.
2. 5 years of professional experience in market research, digital marketing analysis, or strategic planning. Experience in the service sector or education-related industries will be given preference.
3. Strong capability in data analysis, competitor intelligence, and demographic profiling.
4. Proficient in marketing performance metrics, web analytics, and financial/marketing budget assessment.
5. Exceptional written communication skills for strategic reporting and brief writing.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
