Your Next Role
This is an opportunity for a motivated and autonomous Forklift process Operator to become a member of the Hyne Timber family.
This role will initially be based at our Port of Brisbane site, from April 2027, the position will transfer to our new Murarrie location.
As a Forklift Process Operator, you will use your forklifting expertise to safely and efficiently assist in the warehousing support for our Distribution facility.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Safe handling of timber products ranging from 1.2 metres to 12.6 metres.
- Picking and wrapping of customer orders by forklift.
- Operation of side loader and docking saw to optimise long length beams to replenish racks.
- Rotating stock and ensuring safe storage of products
- Stocktake of timber products within the warehouse
About you
- Proven experience as a skilled and responsible forklift operator and side-loader experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Prioritise safety at all times; all our people go home in the same condition they came to work!

- Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential and to work autonomously when required.
