An Experienced Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring staff perform efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and company policies are followed.
Experienced Shift Supervisor Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead employees during assigned shifts.
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Open and close the business according to company procedures.
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to management.
- Handle cash, process transactions, and reconcile tills (where applicable).
- Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.
Pay: $5,500.00 – $7,500.00 per month
