Accredited Exercise Physiologist - Between Arncliffe and Guildford
Physio Interactive is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team in the Arncliffe and Guildford region. This role is available 3–5 days per week and combines workplace functional assessments with individualised exercise programs delivered in gym and pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and physical assessments for workplace pre-employment screening
- Prepare clear, accurate and timely assessment reports
- Develop and supervise individualised exercise rehabilitation programs
- Deliver exercise programs in gym and hydrotherapy pool facilities
- Liaise with employers, healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders
- Travel to workplaces and assessment locations as required
Essential Requirements
- Current accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Must be able and willing to drive
- Must own and have ongoing access to reliable private transport
- Willingness to travel to workplaces and other assessment locations
All approved work-related travel expenses will be covered.
The successful applicant must be available to work 3–5 days per week. Experience in occupational rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, pre-employment assessments or hydrotherapy will be highly regarded.
