Fondue Chalet is coming back to Melbourne and we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on site. Nestled in the heart of Melbourne, Fondue Chalet brings an authentic French melted cheese experience to Fed Square. Featuring 18 private, cosy chalets (ski lodges), it’s the perfect spot to gather with your loved ones. Let us transport you to a charming French alpine village: sip on mulled wine, indulge in traditional French fondue, and soak up the warmth of crackling fire pits. A true winter escape, right in the city!

THE ROLE
As Site Manager, you will be the operational lead on site, overseeing:
- Daily operations from bump-in to pack-down
- Team coordination & staff management
- Guest experience & service standards
- Compliance & safety
- Constant reporting to BBR team
- Stock control
You will ensure a premium experience aligned with brand standards while maintaining a positive and efficient team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Available for the full season
- Over 25 years old
- Proven experience in team management (events / hospitality required)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills & comfortable with tools
- Able to work under pressure
- French
- Current First Aid and Fire Safety certification (strongly appreciated )
PACKAGE
- $1,400 per week
- 5 days per week
