We work closely with students and partner agents across a wide range of countries and cultures, and we're growing our team to better serve our Filipino, Mongolian, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking communities.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Education Consultant who can confidently advise, guide, and build trust with prospective and current students from Filipino, Mongolian, Spanish, or Portuguese-speaking backgrounds. You'll be the first point of contact for many students navigating study and visa options in Australia, so strong communication in both English and your community language is essential — as is a genuine understanding of the cultural context your students are coming from.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise prospective students on course, institution, and pathway options tailored to their goals
- Guide students through the visa application process and required documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with students, partner agents, and institutions within your language community
- Represent Search Education at community events, education fairs, and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns targeted at your community
- Stay current on visa regulations, course offerings, and institutional requirements
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Tagalog/Filipino, Mongolian, Spanish, or Portuguese (please specify your language in your application)
- Prior experience as an education consultant, migration consultant, or international student advisor (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Australian education and visa system
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Existing networks within your community's student or agent base are a strong plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $126,400.55 per year
