To support our mission, we seek to fill a Technical Product Support position to work out of our Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park.

The Role:
- Promote Bridgestone OTR tyres, iTrack & BMSA related products to existing & potential customers
- Work with colleagues to optimise OTR tyre selection & use of iTrack to satisfy customer requirements
- Conduct presentations or technical training on OTR tyres or iTrack for customers or BMSA personnel
- Troubleshoot technical & operational issues for customers & BMSA personnel
- Identify new product & product improvement opportunities for OTR tyres or iTrack
- Plan, organise, conduct & summarise field trials of new & current products including tyres or iTrack
- Assist the Sales team to monitor & maintain tyre performance guarantees & product warranties
- Develop & maintain a database to improve market intelligence
- Assist sales personnel in forecasting, planning & strategy of tyre & iTrack sales
- Work with the iTrack technical support team across back-end support, rollouts & troubleshooting
About You - Essential
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically & provide effective solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs with advanced Excel skills
- High level data analysis and manipulation skills
- Excellent communication (verbal/written)
- Strong commitment to safety of yourself & others
- Patience & flexibility for frequent travel
- A valid driver’s licence
- Current work rights in Australia
About You – Preferred
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or similar
- Ability in computer programming & managing databases
- Exposure to OTR tyres or the mining industry
