MC Occupational Therapy (MCOT) is a multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting clients across the NDIS, aged care sectors, and iCare schemes. We are looking for a psychologist to join our growing team on a contractor basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and allied health professionals while supporting a diverse range of clients with disability, mental health and psychosocial needs.
Why join MCOT?
- Flexible contractor arrangement – build your caseload around your availability and professional goals.
- Mobile work – provide services in the community rather than working from a clinic or office. A reliable car and unrestricted driver’s licence are required.
- Varied and meaningful work – work with clients across NDIS, My Aged Care and community-based services.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration – work alongside experienced OTs and allied health professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Leadership and clinical support – benefit from regular input, guidance and professional development from experienced senior clinicians and leadership.
- Professional growth – be part of a team that values evidence-based practice, learning and ongoing development.
- Work-life balance – we value flexibility and sustainable caseloads so you can thrive both professionally and personally.
- Growing referral opportunities – MCOT has established relationships across multiple funding schemes and continues to experience growing demand for allied health services.
