About Us
Origin Warehouse is a leading wholesale supplier of glass fencing, aluminium fencing, balustrades, gates, and architectural building products. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders using MYOB
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Organise warehouse stock and maintain inventory
- Assist customers with product enquiries and showroom sales
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operations
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English
- Chinese speaking is prefered but not required
- Experience with MYOB or similar ERP/accounting software is an advantage (training provided)
- Experience in warehouse operations, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Familiar with Instagram, WeChat, or other social media platforms is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
