About the role
The job includes the following activities but is not limited to
Customer Service (assisting customers both in store, over the phone and via email)
Quoting using computer system
Communicating with suppliers
Researching information on equipment
Keep showroom well presented (putting away stock and tidying shelves)
Skills and experience
The ideal applicant will possess the following capabilities:
Customer Service Skills
Product Knowledge
Eager to learn about store products and partake in training
Basic Mechanical Knowledge
Basic Computing Skills
NT Drivers License
