Tryzens is an international digital commerce agency. Our mission is to accelerate client success and growth across all channels, leveraging our expertise, insights, and digital-first principles to deliver compelling experiences that delight and engage customers. We started in London and have since expanded operations to Melbourne, Sydney, Sofia, and Trivandrum, with 200+ team members serving 45+ international brands.
We're looking for a senior, client-facing leader to be the single owner of the strategic relationship across one of our major accounts — the trusted advisor to a client's senior business, technology and digital leaders, and the person accountable for the direction, health and organic growth of the account.
You'll work alongside a Programme Manager (who owns the delivery plan) and a Programme Architect (who owns technical direction), with your own distinct focus: the client's strategic agenda — why the transformation matters, what it should achieve, and what comes next. It's a role built on relationships, insight and clarity, rather than formal authority over delivery or technical decisions.
What You'll Own
Strategic Client Leadership
-
The senior client relationship across business, technology and digital — trusted advisor and single strategic point of contact at executive level
-
The strategic account plan, translating the client's business strategy into a multi-year digital roadmap and shared partnership vision
-
The strategic narrative for the transformation, keeping executive stakeholders aligned on outcomes, value and direction
-
Relationship-level escalation, and guardianship of client confidence and satisfaction
Account Growth & Commercial Direction
-
Organic account growth — identifying, shaping and originating new opportunities across the account
-
Growth of recurring and managed-service revenue alongside project delivery
-
Account retention and growth in partnership with the commercial team (you own the strategy and demand; they own closing and booking)
-
Broadening the relationship across the client's wider digital agenda, beyond the current programme
Advisory & Domain Expertise
-
Senior advisory judgment on the client's biggest questions, drawing in domain specialists where needed
-
Translating business problems into shaped engagements the delivery teams can execute
-
Business case creation — benefits framing and commercial narrative to help client executives secure funding
Orchestration Across the Account
-
Close partnership with the Programme Manager and Programme Architect, aligning strategic agenda with a deliverable plan and coherent architecture — owning the "why and what next," not the "how" or "when"
-
Framing and agreeing trade-offs with client executives when strategy, delivery and architecture pull against each other
-
Leading the account's governance forums — steering committees, architecture review boards and equivalent — aligned with the Programme Manager and Programme Architect
-
Feeding account insight and lessons learned back into the wider business
Requirements
-
Senior client-facing leadership in digital / technology consulting or professional services, owning strategic relationships with enterprise clients at C-level
-
A track record of growing a major account — expanding scope and revenue through deep, trusted client relationships
-
A strong grasp of digital commerce and customer experience, across both project and recurring / managed-service delivery models
-
Experience with enterprise platform ecosystems — Salesforce, Adobe and/or SAP — preferred
-
Commercial acumen: account planning, shaping deals and roadmaps, and connecting client strategy to measurable value
-
Credibility across business, technology and digital audiences — equally at home in a strategic conversation with a CEO, a CIO/CTO or a CMO / Chief Digital Officer
-
Experience working alongside programme delivery and architecture leadership without owning delivery or technical decisions
-
A proactive, self-starting style — you create momentum and pursue opportunities without waiting to be directed
-
High emotional intelligence, resilience and composure — comfortable being the single strategic owner of a flagship account
-
A collaborative approach that works cleanly alongside a Programme Manager and Programme Architect without blurring accountabilities
