FinXL is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement, driving cutting-edge AI initiatives from proof of concept through to production deployment within a modern, collaborative agile environment.
Guide and support technical teams to transition AI models from POC to production.
Connect and align diverse stakeholders across engineering, data, and GRC teams.
Maintain momentum using agile methodologies and managing project health.
Identify delivery risks early and nurture an environment of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineers to align schedules with modern LLMOps best practices.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across legal, finance, and business units.
Ensure AI ecosystems are deployed safely within established risk frameworks.
7+ years of experience managing technical projects in an agile DevOps environment.
Proven experience taking AI projects from proof-of-concept to production.
Deep understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse technical and business teams.
Familiarity with AI concepts like RAG, Agentic AI, and cloud AI platforms.
Background working within regulated environments, ideally banking or finance.
Ability to balance rapid technological innovation with compliance requirements.
Drive cutting-edge AI initiatives from POC to production deployment.
Collaborative role with a leading banking client in a modern agile culture.
Lead end-to-end delivery of innovative agentic AI ecosystem solutions.
