Reliability is KEY , We’re looking for an experienced female support worker (client preference) to support our clients in their home.

✔ Providing personal care with warmth and dignity

✔ Providing care & companionship – Supporting clients with their daily activities
✔ Personal Care & Medication Assistance – Helping with hygiene, mobility & prompting medications, Peg Feeding + Catheter Care
✔ Meal Prep & Cooking – Making mealtimes enjoyable and nutritious
✔ Domestic Assistance – Helping with light housekeeping, laundry & maintaining a comfortable home
✔ Community Access & Social Support – Encouraging clients to stay active and engaged
- Consistent, ongoing shifts minimum 2 hours + Shifts vary and can be longer

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in aged care/disability (Cert III preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured car
- Confident with high care & comfortable with pets
- Reliable, honest, + initiative to help and care for people

Pay: $31.00 – $39.00 per hour

- 1. Reliability is essential in this role. Our participants rely on consistent, dependable support, so being punctual and committed to your scheduled shifts is a must.
