About Us
Melbourne Power Group is an electrical company based in Melbourne's south east. We specialise in solar, battery, EV charging and renewable energy, alongside residential and commercial electrical work. We're growing and looking for a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice to join our team.
The Role
You'll work alongside our qualified electricians across a mix of residential, commercial, solar and battery installations. This is a hands on role where you'll build real skills across multiple areas of the trade rather than being locked into one type of work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with installation and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Supporting solar panel and battery storage installations
- Helping with EV charger installations
- Running cables, mounting equipment, and general site preparation
- Following safety procedures and site requirements at all times
- Keeping accurate records of work completed
- Maintaining a clean and organised work vehicle and site
