Your New Role
We are looking for an accomplished leader to take on the role of Manager – Member Help within our Member Engagement Value Stream. In this pivotal position, you will oversee Team Leaders and service teams, guiding their efforts across a range of platforms—from traditional human interaction to digital and new, emerging channels.
Your focus will be on empowering our 1.3 million members throughout Australia by delivering outstanding education, support, and guidance, ensuring they receive the help they need, when they need it most.
You’re a values-led leader who balances care with accountability. You use insight to improve performance and make decisions that are member-centred, risk-aware and commercially sound.
You’ll bring experience leading leaders and high-performing teams, ideally in financial services, superannuation, retirement administration or another regulated service environment.

- Experience leading leaders and inclusive, high-performing teams;
- Strong understanding of service performance, quality, risk and compliance and general advice within a superannuation fund;
- Knowledge of superannuation, retirement products, and financial services operations;
- Ability to turn data and trends into action that enhance member outcomes;
- Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder skills;
- Lean process improvement capability;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
