The Opportunity
We are currently looking for our next star Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who is available 30 hours per fortnight with flexible availability to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Saturday. As a Receptionist with Tuggeranong Veterinary Hospital, you are the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for both our clients and their pets. You will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communications, and providing support to our veterinary team.
To be successful for this position, you will have:

Previous experience in the veterinary industry (desirable, yet not essential)

Customer service background with attention to detail.

A friendly, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with others.

Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with our clients.

An eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to keep learning and improving both themselves and the practice.
