A little about the role
The Operational Reporting Analyst is a project-based role is supporting the implementation of a Salesforce Not-for-profit CRM solution instance is referred to as ‘KeyLink’.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders and the implementation vendor to identify, analyse and document current-state reporting requirements across Salesforce, offline reports and other integrated systems, and translate these into fit-for-purpose reporting in the new platform.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Identify and document key metrics, data sources, and reporting logic to support future-state report design.
- Work with trainer to develop quick reference guides and deliver training to end users on how to use and interpret Salesforce reports and role-based dashboards.
- Build, test and iterate Salesforce reports and role-based dashboards aligned to the new data model and access controls.
- Support reporting-related UAT by preparing test scripts, validating results, and coordinating stakeholder sign-off for reports and dashboards.
The base salary for this position is $109,940 - $115,727 /annum + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This is a full-time contract position until 6 April 2027.
This role can be based at any of our KAA offices, nationally!
About you
To be successful in this role, you will come with:
- A relevant degree, equivalent qualification, or substantial experience in analytics, statistics, business or social sciences.
- Prior experience in a data/reporting -focused role in a complex organisation.
- Proven ability as an advanced user of IT, electronic communications and reporting systems such as Microsoft Office suite (including Excel and Power Query).
- Strong experience in designing and delivering management and operational reports.
- Experience supporting a Salesforce implementation is advantageous.
- Ability to engage non-technical users to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective outputs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
