Make a meaningful difference to the lives of Australians in need
Life at Mission Australia
When you join the team at Mission Australia, you become part of a community who are determined to end homelessness and ensure people in need can thrive. United by our Christian purpose and values, we advocate for a fairer Australia, to meet the growing needs of people across the country. Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.
Your Opportunity
Join a team that's committed to creating more inclusive communities. As a Local Area Coordinator, you'll support people with disability, their families and carers to build confidence, achieve their goals, and access the supports they need through the NDIS and their local community.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference every day by empowering people to exercise choice and control, strengthen their independence, and increase their participation in community life. You'll work collaboratively with individuals, families, community organisations and service providers to deliver person-centred support while helping identify and reduce barriers to inclusion.
We're growing our team! We have three full-time, fixed-term positions available until 30 June 2027, based at our Noarlunga office.
You'll join a supportive, values-driven team that is committed to making a real impact while investing in your professional development and career growth.
If you're passionate about helping others, thrive on building meaningful relationships, and want a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.
