Assist with the assembly and disassembly of heavy equipment components.

Support the inspection, cleaning, assessment and remanufacture of components to required specifications and quality standards.

Follow established operating, maintenance and safe work procedures at all times.

Operate workshop plant and equipment in line with training and competency levels.

Complete required trade training, maintain training records and actively participate in on-the-job learning.

Contribute to a safe, clean and efficient work environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Enrolled in, or committed to completing, a Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical).

Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to follow instructions and complete documentation accurately.

Interest in mechanical equipment and a willingness to learn the use of hand tools and workshop practices.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to work safely within a team environment and follow workplace procedures.

Demonstrated commitment to learning, professional development and completing formal trade training.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
