- Briefly outline your recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a recovery, or a similar specialty setting. Describe how you deliver safe, evidence based, and person centred care, including how you communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Describe how you work responsibly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to maintain safe clinical practice. Include an example that demonstrates your critical thinking, professionalism, and understanding of risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement.
